Hello ODF family and welcome back!!

We hope you are enjoying the rest of your summer and prepping for class in the fall! We just wanted to send an email with a few reminders as we head into our dance year.

Water Station
We have a water station set up for the dance year. Please have your dancer bring a water bottle to each class to fill at the station (there is no spout to drink water from) Please note that we do not have disposable cups for drinking water.

Shoes
Please place all outdoor footwear on the bootracks at the front of the studio. This will help keep the studio clean especially in the winter months.

Dress Code

First Week of Class
The first day of class starts the week of September 14th. We will have a whiteboard in the lobby with a list on which studio your dancer will be in. Teachers will meet dancers in the lobby for the first week of class. Please have your dancer leave their bags and/or jackets in the cubbies (they can bring their water bottles into class) If you have any other questions please see Miss Kim or Miss Cherise in the office.

Monthly Instalments
Monthly instalments will be taken out via credit card on the first of each month. Miss Kim will be contacting clients that have not left a credit card on file. If you have a card on file from the 2025-2026 dance season we will have your card set up for your monthly payments!

8 Week classes
We are still accepting registrations for our 8 week class. You can find all the info here!

Costume and Festival Deposits
Please note costume deposits will be taken out starting October 15th and festival deposits will be taken out starting November 15th (for classes that apply). Please note the date to withdraw from festival classes without having to pay for costumes and festivals will be October 15th.

Birthday Board
Each month we will be celebrating dancers' birthdays! Dancers can come see Miss Kim or Miss Cherise in the office and receive a birthday sticker and a special gift!

Solos/Duets
If your dancer is interested in doing a solo or a duet this year you can find the form with all the info here! You can also send us an email if you have questions regarding solos!

We can not wait to see you all at the studio in a few weeks!!
